I accsetently installed friends cd-key on tft and this tool“FTkey.exe” helped me save the installing time, took me 1min do change my key

Well, you need to own this game. You can either install it from your CD/DVD or download it from the official Blizzard site if you entered your CD key there.

As long as you installed the game with the official installer (then the registry entries will be there) it doesn’t matter where you installed the game to.

yeah i got the same error about the “setup was unable to add…” maybe the problem is that my frozen throne isn’t on program files i installed it on an other folder called games :/

Make sure you have the latest version of Warcraft 3 and that your path is correct, d:\\ doesn’t sound right to me, there should be only one backslash!
